About Us

Houston Community College, Eastside Small Business Development and Entrepreneurship Center is dedicated to providing education, training, and resources for small businesses in our community.  The Small Business and Entrepreneurship Center is available to provide the public with services such as consulting and training for small businesses.

Our experienced business advisors can assist you with attracting new customers, increased sales, preparation of loan proposals, and help improve your bottom line.  We have a calendar of workshops, trainings and events that you can choose to participate in for a very low cost.

The Small Business and Entrepreneurship Center can also direct you to entrepreneurship and business classes where you can receive a certificate by completing just 8 courses with Houston Community College.  These subjects include Business, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, Entrepreneurial Opportunity Analysis and Thinking, and Business Plan Development.  These classes are offered for College Credit and some locations offer classes for Continuing Education credit.
