Logistics Specialist Occupational Skills Award Certification
The Logistics Specialist Occupational Skills Award Certification program consists of four core courses: Introduction to Business Logistics, Warehouse & Distribution Center Management, Certified Logistics Associate (CLA), and Certified Logistics Technician (CLT). This fast-track program can be completed in just 12 weeks (144 hours) and is aligned with the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC).
The curriculum provides comprehensive training in logistics, covering essential topics such as material handling, warehouse management, software systems, barcoding, and organizational effectiveness. Through this program, students will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for the effective movement and control of materials and products throughout the manufacturing and distribution processes.
Upon successful completion, students will be eligible to sit for the MSSC national certification exam by completing the CLA and CLT courses, enhancing their career opportunities in the logistics field.
