Oct 22, 2024

The HCC Gulf Coast Region Apprenticeship Hub and TanChes Global Management, in partnership with, is proud to announce the launch of two new apprenticeship programs.

Set to begin late this month, the apprenticeships are designed to meet demand for skilled professionals in the IT and administrative sectors. The apprentices will train in two categories Desktop Support Specialist and Business Administrator.

Four openings will be available across the two apprenticeships.

"By fostering industry-academic collaboration and driving innovation, we are building a sustainable talent pipeline that will prepare students to become the future leaders in technology," said Dr. Christina Robinson, executive director of Work-Based Learning and Industry Partnerships at HCC. “This initiative not only strengthens the IT industry but also supports the local economy by creating a sustainable ecosystem that can be replicated in communities across the country.”
