Delvon Staley, M.Ed., M.A., LPC, CEAP, GCDF embarked on his counseling journey by initially focusing on assisting adults grappling with addiction. Driven by a desire to expand his ability to support those seeking help, he pursued and successfully completed a Master of Education in Counseling at Wichita State University. This accomplishment led to his licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor.

Throughout his counseling career, Delvon has honed his expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidence-based approach that equips clients with effective strategies for personal growth. Additionally, he earned certification as a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, enabling him to contribute to Employee Assistance Programs. This role allowed him to aid private and public corporations in achieving productivity goals while addressing the crucial behavioral health needs of their employees.

Roxanne Francis has a master’s degree in Counseling and is a Texas Board certified Licensed Professional Counselor.  Roxanne has over 16 years experience working in mental health with a strong emphasis on trauma-focused and person-centered care.   Roxanne works and volunteers with diverse populations, including individuals with mental health and legal involvement.  Roxanne has experience in partnership with the City of Houston, Harris County Juvenile Probation, and Harris County Sex Offenders programs.

Roxanne has provided professional leadership to bachelor’s level, master’s level, and licensed clinicians.  Roxanne is committed to providing support to students in need to promote overall wellness.

Leila Rucker is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a native Houstonian, and has over 10 years of experience in mental health services and case management. Leila has worked in an expanse of therapeutic settings including serving as a college counselor, mental health specialist in public schools, recovery counselor with drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers, and a vocational rehabilitation counselor.

Leila is passionate about serving students in the areas of transition, assisting with trauma-informed care, anxiety, depression, grief, career, and academic pressures.

Dr. Becky Hauri completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. She completed a Doctorate of Philosophy Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Houston. Dr. Hauri has been a licensed psychologist in Texas since 1992. She has worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor in inpatient and outpatient services, served as a Coordinator of the evaluation unit department, and finally was an Outpatient Clinical Supervisor of 5 outpatient clinics prior to joining HCC. Based on her clinical background in substance abuse, she wrote a FIPSE (Funds for the improvement of Post-Secondary Education Grant) for substance abuse prevention at HCC and was a member of the Gulf Coast Consortium Grant. She has served as an Outreach/Recruitment Coordinator, an Academic Advisor as well as an ADA Counselor. She is frequently called upon for crisis intervention and has presented crisis prevention programs at local, state, national, and international conferences. She supervises Master level practicum students from Houston Baptist University. Dr. Hauri has expertise in dealing with depression, anxiety, cross-cultural issues, crisis intervention, family issues, and sports psychology. She has helped thousands of individuals from 8 to 80 overcome obstacles allowing them to reach goals which lay the foundation to create the life they want to live.
